Contingency Fee Arrangements
- We offer Contingency Fee Arrangements in most cases. This means that most of the time, you will not pay any attorneys’ fees unless we are successful in resolving your case. Some Contingency Fee Arrangements may be handled differently than others. The details of each arrangement will be set out in your contract with our firm. Whether your case can be handled on a Contingency Fee Arrangement, and the terms of that arrangement are determined on a case by case basis. However, even if a Contingency Fee Arrangement is not available, you still may be eligible for a New Client Discount Rate.
Discounted Hourly Rates for New Clients
- We offer a discounted hourly rate to clients who are not eligible for a Contingency Fee Arrangement. The discount applies until the case is resolved. A discounted rate can result in significant savings without any reduction in the quality of our services.
